Miss Nellie Corry of Walton-on-the-Hill. Working on a 10 metre wavelength,
made radio history by establishing contact with amateurs in six continents -
probably the first time this feat was accomplished.This was done within a period
of six hours and 20 minutes, working on a set she built for less than $20.
